In den letzten Monaten habe ich meine Variationen über das wunderschöne Adventslied "Maria durch ein Dornwald ging" für die Besetzung mit Cello und Klavier adaptiert - ab sofort sind sie als op. 2c auf MusicaNeo verfügbar. Der warme, sanfte Klang des Cellos und die Möglichkeit, stellenweise eine zweite Stimme einzusetzen, verleihen dem Stück einen eigenen Charakter. Viel Freude beim Hören und/oder Spielen!
During the last few months, I adapted my variations on the ancient German Advent hymn "Maria durch ein Dornwald ging" to the instrumentation of cello and piano. From now on, this adaptation (op. 2c) is available on MusicaNeo. The warm and soft sound of the cello as well as the possibility to play a second voice in some variations add to a unique character of this adaptation. I hope you enjoy these variations!
