- This is a prelude to Kathi Stimmer-Salzeder's well-known Gloria (no. 169 in the German catholic songbook „Gotteslob“; the original melody is available at www.youtube.com/watch?v=GvulaufPR2M). I composed it in May 2015 on the occasion of my son's first communion. The prelude is based on quite rhythmical accompaniment with some jazzy elements at the end.
Score includes parts for saxophones in B flat and E flat.
